Very large park with mostly permanent residents. Check-in was smooth. Staff were friendly and helpful. It's on the outskirts of Edmonton but access to the city and West Edmonton Mall was quite easy from the freeway. Freeway noise was not noticeable. Bathrooms were large and clean with lots of showers. I'd stay here again.

Stayed here after leaving Jasper National Park. We parked next to the picnic shelter which had 3 new sinks and 3 electric double-burner stove tops which was great for us to cook and eat outside our van. The very clean bathrooms were in the basement of the main building which made them warm after the cold night. This was the best campground we stayed in during our two week trip.
